We have numerous openings for CNC
Lathe and Mill Machinists – weekday nights and weekend days. Top notch
machinists only, must do your own setups and edit, no operators please. Must read blueprints and inspect own
parts. At minimum 8 years in aerospace or semiconductor job shop.
Conventional Mill machinist – night
shift weekdays. Set up and run.
10 years exp, ability to read and understand aerospace blueprints,
inspect your own work, and strong understanding of tooling needed to
machine various aerospace metals.
Tool & Cutter Grinder – Ten years
aerospace experience.
Mechanical Assemblers – day and night
shift assemblers needed for high tech clean room assembly. Cleanroom
protocol beneficial but not required. This is not an assembly line
position where you assemble the same part all the time. This position requires high level of
mechanical assembly experience. Must have extreme accuracy assembling
small parts onto large machined semiconductor equipment in a clean room
setting. Read and understand written directions. And you MUST be familiar
with reading Blueprints.
High skilled aerospace handfinishers Night
Shift. Min 3 years exp. Knowledge
of tools necessary to handifnish/debur aerospace parts required.
Handfinish / Deburr –
Day & night shift. At least 3
years exp. handfinsh/deburring/polishing complex high precision machined
parts. Knowledge of tools necessary to handifnish/debur aerospace parts
required.
Supplier Quality
Engineer - to work with developing and maintaining exceptional quality
standards. Must have at least 5 years exp in the position of SQE working
with suppliers/customers in auto/semi/aerospace industries. Engineering
degree required.
Must be certified
auditor with knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma. Expertise in Microsoft office req. Develop supplier-grading program and
help develop SPC plans for customers per ISO 9002. Day Shift.
Assembly supervisor – weekday
night shift - hands on working supervisor reports directly to the manufacturing
manager. Responsible for supervising the assembly and weld operations in
the clean room. Scheduling
employees, interview and evaluate new and current employees, make
staffing recommendations, trouble shoot technical and staffing
challenges, and optimize assembly and manufacturing techniques. 8 yrs supervision in job
shop/manufacturing environment with engineering background..
Internal candidates will be considered.
Cleanroom Final
Inspector – night shift. Complete
final and receiving inspections in clean room environment. Verify proper finishes/coatings on
products. Ensure paperwork is
complete and compliant to internal/customer requirements. Create and present FAI docs to source
inspection. Verify all clean room
activities. Must have experience in
quality inspection in manufacturing environment preferably
aerospace/semi/auto industries.
Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft office programs.
Shift information
Day Shift – Monday – Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Fridays 6:00AM – 2:30 PM
*we have some day shifts that run Mon – Thurs 10
hrs/day
Night Shift – Monday – Thursday 4:30pm – 3:00AM
Fridays 2:30PM – 11:00PM
*we have some night shifts that run
Mon – Thurs 10 hrs/day
Weekend Day Shift – Friday – Sunday 5:00AM – 5:00PM
Weekend Night Shift – Friday – Sunday 5:00PM – 5:00AM
There are shift differentials paid for all shifts
other than the day shift.
